Commercial Real Estate. New construction has shown dramatic increases during the late 1990’s and into the current year. Some of those major commercial developments included the Red Roof Discount City shopping center, Play Time Pizza, Citizen-Union State Bank, The Dixie Station, an addition to the Branson Assisted Living facility, additional amusement rides at Celebration City and a 137-unit apartment complex.

Even more recent constructions include the New Shanghai Theatre, a theater featuring rock ‘n roll legends of the 50’s and 60’s and a museum of classic cars on Highway 76 across from Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede.

Much needed commercial office space has recently sprung up at multiple locations throughout the area to accommodate the fast-growing segment of professional services.
